Quality Management System The Quality Management System has been established at ROSTAR. This system was developed according to the requirements of standard IATF 16949:2016, certificate number 31100438 IATF16 granted on 16.08.2018.

ROSTAR developed the Management System which complies with the international requirements of ISO/TS 16949 , ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 in order to meet consumer requirements and increase production efficiency.

Simultaneously within the new ROSTAR Management System (RMS), the production department is continuously improving its work using 'lean production' principles.

Our products quality is ensured by employing systemized business process management that covers the full lifecycle of value creation for the consumer – starting from an idea into its development to the full-scale mass production within the shortest period of time.

While targeting to decrease losses and to increase product quality, the company organized production workflows that are designed and perform according to the most advanced production practices: stream mapping, standardized operation and improvement systems.
