First There Was a Torque Rod. Now There Is a Crimping Torque Rod.
The crimp method is well known abroad. It was invented as an alternative to friction welding. This production method is less energy consuming and does not require high-tech equipment. This method allows European manufacturers to reduce the cost of production and components in the auto components market. Based on this international experience, ROSTAR was able to achieve high results with it in Russia. The testing of crimping toque rods produced a firm joint of the tip with the body.

The body of the spare part is made by following modern European technology. The torque rod produced by ROSTAR is equipped with a rubber-metal joint and a bolted crimping cover. This allows us to extend the life cycle of the product compared to European torque rods. The European torque rods have hinges that can only be replaced with specialized equipment. In addition, we were able to significantly reduce the cost of the torque rod due to designing high-tech auto components in-house.
